What is the turn around time for semi-custom invitations?
For semi-custom suites, the entire design and production process typically takes 5-7 weeks. This includes 3-4 weeks for design proofing and another 2-3 weeks for print and production. We'll be with you every step of the way to ensure our timeline is on track and the end result is exactly what you've envisioned.

Can I rush my order?
We understand that sometimes clients need invitations in a quicker timeframe than usual. While we consider any orders needed in under one month a rush order, we'll do our best to work with you and accommodate your timeline. Simply fill out our “Get A Quote” form as you normally would and we'll get back to you with our availability. Please note that in some cases, a rush fee of $100 or more may be required to cover the cost of expediting the process. However, we'll determine this on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific needs of your invitation suite and how quickly they need to arrive.
-
How do I book with you?
Start off by heading to our “Get A Quote” page and fill out the form. We'll get back to you within 1-2 business days with a personalized quote and more information about our process. To secure your spot on our design & production schedule, we ask for a $250 deposit, which will be credited towards your final invoice. Please note that deposits are non-refundable once the design process has begun.

What print methods do you offer?
We know that every couple has unique needs and preferences when it comes to their wedding invitations, so we offer a variety of print methods to suit every style and budget. Our specialty is letterpress printing, which adds a luxurious and tactile finish to each invitation suite. For those looking to add a touch of shimmer or gold, we offer foil printing. In additional to luxury print methods, we offer digital (or flat) printing. No matter what your vision is for your invitations, we'll work with you to bring it to life in a way that fits your needs and budget.

Do you print in-house?
All letterpress printing is done in-house by us! Each letterpress piece is carefully hand-printed using our Chandler & Price or Vandercook printing presses.
When it comes to digital printing, we take a tailored approach for each job, depending on a number of factors such as quantity, paper types, and complexity. In some cases, we opt to print in-house, while larger quantities may be outsourced to trusted printers who deliver high-quality digital prints at a cost-effective price. For more specialized pieces like envelope liners, vellum wraps, and address printing, we handle everything in-house on high quality ink jet or laser printers.
For foil printing, we currently work with trusted printers and ensure that each piece is created at our high standards. We're looking forward to the day when we can bring foil printing in-house as well.
